Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Euroshine USA, Inc.

Returns

You have three calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. However, in the event that there are any missing items identified by you on backorder, (multi item orders only), it is not considerd a valid reason for return of the whole shipment. Customers are to call within 24 hours of placing of an order to expidite the forwarding of any missing items not notified on backorder. Items damaged or lost in transit is the carriers responsibility. In that case, you will need to notify and file a claim with the carrier. We will be glad to assist you with any information needed to file a claim. 

We will gladly replace any defective item. Items are to be returned in their original packaging and:

(1). Are not used.

(2). Do not have any mising parts, hardware or instructions.

(3). Are not damaged due to incorrect assembly or handling.

(4). Have the original manufacturer information (tags) attached to the items as they were shipped. Customers are to call the customer service line at (352) 596-4555, prior to returning any items purchased to obtain a "return authorization number" form and shipping instructions.

Once your return has been recieved, an inspection is conducted of the return and if it is verified that your return meets all the criteria, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales tax will be refunded as well. The cost of the shipping back order items, deemed to be correctly ordered, is the sole responsibility of the customer and may be subject to a 20% or a minimum of $10.00, for the restocking charge. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Items returned must conform to the shipping instrutions recieved from Euroshine USA, Inc. / Trans Atlantic Sales, Inc. Any items shipped incorrectly by customers will not be returned. Items not purchased from Euroshine USA, Inc. / Trans Atlantic Sales, Inc. will not be accepted.
